At Vocatio, your satisfaction is our priority.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• It couldn't have been washed.
• Include all original tags and packaging.
• Be free from stains, damage, or signs of wear.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the Vocatio store is responsible for return shipping costs.
